La Lía was founded in 2007 by the Ureña family and named after Luis Alberto’s mother. In the “white honey” process, freshly harvested cherries are rested in shade for a few days, then de-pulped, leaving a small amount of fruit pulp on the seed before drying. This special “Reposado White Honey” method adds rich sweetness and complex aromas to the cup.
