Campaign Terms & Conditions
The campaign will be carried out by granting free coffee for life to the guest who signs up to the Espressolab Mobile App for the first time and becomes the 1,000,000th user.
The 1,000,000th member will be identified through the mobile application system and announced transparently on Espressolab’s digital media accounts with notary approval.
The free coffee benefit granted within the scope of the campaign is limited to 1 beverage per day.
Unused complimentary coffee rights cannot be transferred to the following day.
The complimentary coffee benefit is valid for small-sized hot or cold beverages, flavored or unflavored, prepared by a barista. Bottled beverages and food products are not included in the campaign.
The campaign benefit can only be redeemed by scanning the QR code available in the Espressolab Mobile App at the cashier.
Only consumers residing in Türkiye and aged 18 or older may participate in the campaign. Espressolab employees are not eligible to participate.
The benefit earned within the scope of the campaign may only be used at Espressolab stores located in Türkiye.
Any reward/right obtained within the scope of the campaign may not, under any circumstances, be sold, transferred, or used by third parties for the purpose of generating income.
The campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns or gift vouchers and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Espressolab reserves the right to make changes to the campaign duration and terms.
Espressolab reserves the right to terminate the campaign indefinitely in cases of pandemics, earthquakes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
Espressolab employees are not eligible to participate in the campaign.

Complete Your KYC Verification on Bybit TR, the Coffee's on Us!
This campaign is exclusively for users who complete KYC Verification (Video Verification) for the first time on Bybit TR between May 12 – August 5, 2026.
To participate, users must register on Bybit TR and join the campaign by clicking the "Register Now" button on the event page. KYC Verification (Video Verification) must then be completed.

How can I spend my Miles at Espressolab?
Valid for purchases made via QR Code through the Espressolab Mobile App.
To convert your Miles into TL, go to the “Load TL” section in the Espressolab Mobile App, enter the “Eslab Wallet” menu, choose “Miles&Smiles” as your payment method, and select the amount of Miles you would like to convert. The TL equivalent will then be loaded into your app.
At the store, simply show the QR code from the “Scan QR” section of your Espressolab Mobile App to the cashier to complete your payment.
To be able to pay with the Eslab Wallet in the Espressolab Mobile App, the balance must be equal to or greater than the value of the item(s) purchased.
Terms & Conditions
To benefit from this campaign, you must be a member of both the Espressolab Mobile App and the Miles&Smiles Program.
Espressolab Mobile membership registration must be completed before joining the campaign.
You must be using the latest version of the Espressolab Mobile App.
Eligible members may convert their Miles through the Espressolab App. Converted Miles will be loaded into the Eslab Wallet and can be spent via the mobile app.
The campaign is only valid for purchases made in physical Espressolab stores through the mobile application.
Eligible members may convert a minimum of 1000 Miles&Smiles Miles into 250 TL via the Espressolab App. Converted Miles will be loaded into the Espressolab App.
The maximum amount of Miles that can be converted in a single transaction is 50,000 Miles.
Miles converted into TL in the Espressolab Mobile App cannot be transferred back to the Miles&Smiles account and are non-refundable.
Converted Miles are valid for purchases made via the mobile app at all Espressolab stores in Türkiye.
