How can I spend my Miles at Espressolab?

Valid for purchases made via QR Code through the Espressolab Mobile App.

To convert your Miles into TL, go to the “Load TL” section in the Espressolab Mobile App, enter the “Eslab Wallet” menu, choose “Miles&Smiles” as your payment method, and select the amount of Miles you would like to convert. The TL equivalent will then be loaded into your app.

At the store, simply show the QR code from the “Scan QR” section of your Espressolab Mobile App to the cashier to complete your payment.

To be able to pay with the Eslab Wallet in the Espressolab Mobile App, the balance must be equal to or greater than the value of the item(s) purchased.

Terms & Conditions

• To benefit from this campaign, you must be a member of both the Espressolab Mobile App and the Miles&Smiles Program.

• Espressolab Mobile membership registration must be completed before joining the campaign.

• You must be using the latest version of the Espressolab Mobile App.

• Eligible members may convert their Miles through the Espressolab App. Converted Miles will be loaded into the Eslab Wallet and can be spent via the mobile app.

• The campaign is only valid for purchases made in physical Espressolab stores through the mobile application.

• Eligible members may convert a minimum of 1000 Miles&Smiles Miles into 250 TL via the Espressolab App. Converted Miles will be loaded into the Espressolab App.

• The maximum amount of Miles that can be converted in a single transaction is 50,000 Miles.

• Miles converted into TL in the Espressolab Mobile App cannot be transferred back to the Miles&Smiles account and are non-refundable.

• Converted Miles are valid for purchases made via the mobile app at all Espressolab stores in Türkiye.

• This campaign is valid only in Türkiye.

• Espressolab and Turkish Airlines reserve the right to change the campaign rules and conditions at any time.
