We opened our first store in 2014 at Istanbul Bilgi University to share our passion for coffee.

Our goal was to introduce specialty coffee to a wider audience and become part of this culture. Since then, we have been working to offer good coffee fresh, tell the story of every bean, and create a shared space with coffee lovers.

Today, with more than 400 stores across Turkey as well as Egypt, Qatar, Germany, Jordan, Morocco, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Cyprus, Portugal, Iraq, Libya, Lebanon, Kosovo, Kuwait, Palestine, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakistan, Congo Republic, Indonesia we are part of a growing global community built around coffee.

From Soil to Cup: Tracing a passion

Our coffee embarks on a remarkable journey — from the fertile soils of Kenya, the high altitudes of Ethiopia, the misty valleys of Guatemala, and the rich lands of Tanzania, all the way to your cup. The coffee cherries are carefully harvested by experienced farmers. Each cherry is evaluated for ripeness, quality, and flavor potential. Only the finest cherries are selected to reach the bean. Every bean is sourced through transparent and sustainable farming practices, with full traceability back to its origin. By defining quality at the source, we ensure that every sip you take carries the traces of this meticulous journey. This process builds the foundation of the distinctive flavor you experience in each cup.

For us, coffee is more than just a beverage — it’s a journey through which we build the future together. At Espressolab, we work to secure the future of coffee through sustainable methods. With “Future Generation Coffee”, we make coffee production economically, ecologically, and socially balanced, ensuring the continuity of high-quality coffee for generations to come. We spread scientific and sustainable agricultural practices. We encourage farmers to embrace entrepreneurship and strengthen their economic independence. We support the involvement of young farmers in the industry. We contribute to the social empowerment of women and children in coffee-growing regions. Direct Trade

As Espressolab, we supply our coffee beans directly from the producers acting upon the principle of “Direct Trade”. This allows us to build direct relationships with farmers and share the origins of our beans openly and transparently. We procure coffee beans from diverse regions of the world, from Colombia to Costa Rica. The unique climate and geographical characteristics of each region allow coffee beans to develop distinctive aromas and flavors. At Espressolab, we bring the unique character of each region straight to your cup.

Espressolab Roastery: Where Coffee Meets Culture

At Espressolab Roastery in Merter, Istanbul — one of Europe’s largest coffee experience centers, spanning 6,000 m² — coffee beans sourced from around the world are expertly roasted using our own carefully developed roasting profiles, bringing out the unique character of each bean. Instead of long-stored coffees, we offer a genuine specialty coffee experience with freshly roasted and high-quality beans. The Espressolab Roastery is not just a place where coffee is roasted; it is a meeting point of art, sport and inspiring moments. We host a wide range of experiences, from concerts to sports, from workshops to concept events.

From Farm to Cup: Natural Milk in Glass Bottles

The secret to the exceptional flavor of our coffee lies in the natural quality of our milk. In our 50-acre farm in Kırklareli Vize, our cattle are fed exclusively with natural feed, producing pure, additive-free milk that makes a difference in every cup. We serve this special milk in glass bottles in our stores — preserving its freshness while also demonstrating our respect for nature through environmentally conscious choices.
